Wing Chun for Combat is the most detailed
video examination of the art ever attempted. It is the only series ever
to offer precise methods, strategies and examples of how to actually use
the art in combat for self defense. Designed around the actual training
methods used in Sifu Steve Cottrell's school, this series will benefit
both student and instructor in using Wing Chun for combat.
